Facing Codependence by Pia Melody

•Good for both the client and the clinician.

•Rate: 3/5 stars.

•Summary: This wordy book includes many examples of current behaviors, possible childhood experiences, and ways that you can essentially do therapy on yourself. It was incredibly eye-opening to me as a young clinician and now heavily informs my own practice. It is not the end all be all, however, and was a very dry read. I read 100% of this book.
